What woods/materials do you build with

Royalton Drums are built with premium materials and a variety of wood
options such as quilted maple, African padauk, Macassar ebony, Tasmanian
blackwood, and many more. Custom details include several lug inlay
choices like carbon fiber, mother of pearl, and pāua shell. Hardware
options include lugs made from solid, lightweight aircraft aluminum with
finishes in chrome, black chrome, copper, and 24k gold.

Do you ever plan to sell full kits?

Yes — full kits are definitely in the works. Currently we are focused on
perfecting our production processes and getting every detail dialed in; this will then be applied to all other drums.

whats the first thing a drummer can recognize when playing your drums?

Presence. The first hit should feel bigger than expected, with articulate response, strong projection, and a tone that cuts through the mix. You don’t just hear a Royalton snare. You feel it in your chest.

What’s included with the snare when I order?

Your Royalton snare comes ready to play, Tested and tuned by Spenser Syphers. Included you'll find a certificate of authenticity featuring every detail that went into the build, making your new snare a truly extraordinary hand-crafted creation
