What are the minimum opening order requirements for new retail partners?

We keep opening order requirements manageable for independent shops. Typically, an initial stocking order consists of 2-4 snare drums. Contact our dealer team to discuss custom opening packages tailored to your store's footprint.

What are the lead times for dealer stocking orders and custom builds?

In-stock models ship within 2–3 business days. Because our instruments are handcrafted in small batches, build times for custom shop orders or out-of-stock items generally range from 4 to 8 weeks depending on wood species and finish availability.

Do you offer geographic exclusivity for authorized dealers?

We intentionally limit the number of authorized dealers in each market to prevent local saturation. Territorial exclusivity is considered on a case-by-case basis based on annual volume commitments and geographic distance from existing retail partners.

How are warranty claims, replacement hardware, and repairs handled?

All Royalton stave shell snare drums are backed by a limited manufacturer warranty covering craftsmanship and structural integrity. If a customer experiences an issue, our dealer support team provides direct replacement parts or coordinates factory repairs to keep your customer taken care of quickly.
